Time to de-stress
This episode on relaxation takes a very serious look at stress relief (stress management, meditation, breath awareness, relaxation, deep breathing, mindfulness). We all know that relaxation and stress management are important, but it also seems that our schedules are so busy that there is just not enough time to get around to doing this very important thing. Seems strange, I know…but it’s true.
Actually, it’s important to do this for about 20-25 minutes per day. So, in this video, we don’t spend much time teaching it…we spend time doing it. We’ll talk a little bit at the beginning but then spend time actually doing it.
So, find a comfortable spot…a chair, a couch, the floor or a bed and get ready to feel how good it feels to be so, so relaxed. It won’t take long…
Enjoy!
